Q) When is the preorder period?
A) Our pre-orders will be open on March 9, 2023, 6pm GMT-8 until April 10, 2023.
Q) When can I expect to receive my order?
A) All items sold in our store are preorder items. We expect production to take 3-4 months. Shipping will start after that. Please follow us on twitter for updates regarding shipping and production.
Q) Are you shipping worldwide?
A) Yes, we will be shipping worldwide, with the exception of countries listed here. Any orders placed from those countries will be partially refunded (except PayPal fees).
All orders will come with tracking except to Canada as Canada Post will not update shipping once the package has left the origin country.
While we are shipping to the UK and the rest of Europe, buyers will be responsible for any added VAT/Custom fees.
We will be shipping from Hong Kong.
Q) Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
A) You can change or cancel your order anytime before the end of the preorder period. No refunds or changes will be possible after preorders end. Please reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us via email with your order number!
Q) Can I change my shipping information after preorders close?
A) Yes! Shipping information can be changed anytime before shipping commences. Please email with your order number and shipping details.
Q) What is your shipping policy?
All orders of the zine are tracked and your tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped out.
We are not responsible for any damages or missing parcels caused by the postal service. This includes damages caused by handling and undelivered or returned packages due to an issue with the address provided to us by the buyer. In the event that an order is returned, we can resend the package if an additional shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
Q) Will you be accepting group orders?
A) Yes!
